How to grow yellow fruit
1. Planting time: it is generally carried out from March to May, when there are more Rain Water, the temperature rises, it is easy to take root, and the plant survival rate is high. When the nutrition bag seedlings are transplanted, the root system is less affected, and the garden with irrigation conditions can be planted in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
2. Planting density: generally planting 50-80 plants per mu, and the row spacing can be 3 m × 4 m or 2.5 m × 3.5 m. When close planting is planned, about 110 plants will be planted per mu, and the row spacing can be 2 meters × 3 meters. Dig holes according to the specification of 1 meter long, 1 meter wide and 0.8 meters deep. Planting techniques and matters needing attention of yellow fruit
I. planting techniques
1. Temperature: wampee is native to the tropical and subtropical regions of southern China and likes a warm and humid environment. The most suitable area is the area where the annual average temperature is more than 20 ℃ and the average temperature in January is more than 12 ℃. The adult trees with the air temperature below 0 ℃ are at risk of freezing injury, and the cold tolerance of young trees is poor.
2. Moisture: water has a great influence on the growth and development of wampee. Wampee is an annual evergreen fruit tree with large growth, blossom and fruiting, and needs a humid environment and sufficient water. It grows well in areas with annual rainfall of more than 1500 mm and uniform distribution.
3. Light: wampee is a light-loving crop. When the light is sufficient, the branches and leaves in the crown can absorb scattered light for photosynthesis, expand the photosynthetic area, enhance the accumulation of nutrients in the tree, expand the area of hanging fruit, and improve the quality and yield of fruit. Insufficient light affects plant photosynthesis and nutrient accumulation, which is disadvantageous to plant growth and development.
4. Soil: yellow bark does not have high requirements for soil, and clay loam, sandy loam and gravelly soil can be planted in hillside, pond, front and back of the house. However, different soils have different effects on the plant life and yield of wampee. When planted on the sandy loam with good drainage, fertile soil and deep soil layer, the tree is strong, long-lived, high and stable yield. If the wampee is planted on the clayey soil with thin soil, poor drainage and irrigation and stagnant water, the wampee tree has short life span and low yield.
II. Points for attention
Moisture in different periods will have an effect on the yield of yellow fruit. If drought occurs in early spring, it will affect flower organ development, blossom and fruit setting, summer drought will affect fruit development, autumn drought will affect autumn shoot growth, affect the yield of the following year, winter drought will cause defoliation and weaken the tree potential. Excessive moisture and concentrated rainfall are disadvantageous to the growth, development, flowering and fruiting of wampee. Such as continuous spring rain, affecting the quality of flowers, pollination, fruit setting, summer rainstorm will cause fruit drop, fruit cracking.
What are the varieties of wampee?
1, sweet yellow skin: more for fresh food, to chicken heart species is the most famous, fruit large skin thick, seeds generally 3-4, but also a single nuclear strain, moderate sweet and sour, yellow and white meat, shaped like a chicken heart. 2. Sour yellow peel: used for processing preserved fruit, fruit juice and jam. Used for processing fruit juice jam are big round skin, big cow heart and so on, thin skin, many kernels, high yield, dried fruit with thin chicken heart, half-pointed tail, round skin, etc., with less meat and thick core, yellow Pitt fragrance in acid.

Wampee is a kind of plant that likes enough light, so when planting, let the wampee tree carry on photosynthesis as much as possible, accumulate nutrients, so as to achieve the purpose of improving fruit quality and yield. At the same time, water also has a great effect on plant growth, which needs more attention.
