How to raise clownfish

1, first of all, to raise clownfish, you need to create a comfortable and warm environment for it, find a few live stones, build a small cave with natural barriers for it, keep proper water circulation in the hole, it is best to put an oval pebble in the hole, and stick pebbles outside the hole. Because clownfish and anemones coexist, it is best to find a larger anemone and place it in the hole to protect clownfish.

Second, when raising multiple clownfish, try to enter the tank at the same time. When clownfish are bought back, they must be quarantined first. After confirming that there is no problem, they can be put into the tank.

Clownfish need regular and quantitative feeding every day, and they should be used to siphons, hands and other common equipment when feeding. For example, shake a siphon in front of them or try to train them to eat directly from their hands. Change the water regularly. When changing the water, the fresh water should be injected slowly. It should not be washed directly to the surface of the fish to avoid hurting the clownfish.

How long do clownfish live?

Clownfish do not live very long, averaging 10 to 12 years. Clownfish live in the ocean, there are many spots can hide themselves, so choose to live in coral reefs, often eat some coral and small fish shrimp to maintain life. Clownfish are oviparous, usually 7 to 8 months can become young, just born clownfish can only eat coral.
