Season: planting in the spring and autumn of 20-25 ℃, sowing in April every year, or autumn sowing in August. Inoculation: first make the culture medium, fill the polypropylene bag, squeeze properly after filling, cool after sterilization and start inoculation. Bacteria: the hyphae in aseptic bags should be well ventilated and cultured for 30-40 days. Mushroom emergence: after budding for about 7 hours and maintaining 90% relative humidity, mature poplar mushrooms can be picked.

Poplar mushroom is a kind of food that is beneficial to the human body, and it is also a very healthy organic food. Poplar mushroom tastes very good. In addition, it is good for our health to replenish nutrients. If we need to plant such a good food, how can we grow high-yielding poplar mushrooms? Now the editor takes everyone to learn more about it.

High-yield cultivation techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus

1. Cultivation season

Under natural climatic conditions, you need to plant at spring and autumn temperatures of 20 to 25 ℃. Many places are sown from April, and you can do autumn sowing in August.

2. Culture medium formula

The first formula: 76%, sawdust 0X1776 gypsum powder 1% 20%, sucrose 1%, urea 1%, calcium superphosphate 0.5%, 0.5%FCMP.

The second formula: corncob 50%, sheath 21%, sawdust 27%, sugar 1%, urea 0.5%, calcium superphosphate 0.5%.

The third formula: bran 18%, gypsum powder 1%, urea 0.5%, calcium superphosphate 0.5%.

3. Bag making

After the culture material, the filled polypropylene bag 17cm × 32cm × 0.05cm was fully mixed into a height 16-20cm bag, properly extruded and sealed through the mouth of the folding bag, the atmosphere was sterilized at 100℃ for 10 hours and about 8 hours. After sterilization, cooling to 30 ℃ or lower did not result in sterile inoculation.

4. Bacteria

Inoculate to the mycelium culture room of the aseptic bag, control the temperature to 25 ℃, and provide ventilation and enough scattered light to maintain 65% relative humidity, which is cultured for 30-40 days, the hyphae can fill the whole bag.

5. Promoting budding

The mycelium bag was removed after 10 days of full budding, keeping the temperature at 15 to 20 ℃, then, to maintain 85% of the air relative humidity, covered with a newspaper, and released a little water, ventilated for 30 minutes in the morning and evening, and cultured for about 7 hours.

6. Mushroom production

In order to promote the growth of the fruiting body, in order to improve the air permeability so that the bag can be opened in time to provide enough light, after 95% to 90% relative humidity. If poplar mushrooms grow too thick and uneven, as long as relatively mature mushrooms are picked.

Bag cultivation method of Pleurotus ostreatus

1. Plastic bag specifications: it is generally made of polypropylene or polyethylene plastic bags of 14mur17cm x 34-38cm. Aseptic operation is required during vaccination, the original transfer bag. Then bacterial culture is required, 23 ℃ to 25 ℃ in 28-30 days or 70% relative humidity below dark conditions, and can cover the hyphae in the bag.

2. Delimit the bag, then gently cultivate the surface strain bacteria bag, appropriately peel off the concentration of 90% carbon dioxide in 0.2 to 0.5 cm for 5 to 10 days, and put the elements on the surface of the culture medium and light, which is conducive to growth.

Matters needing attention in cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus

1. Water content

In the mycelium growth stage, the water content in the medium is between 46% and usually grows to 80%. It grows faster when the water content is between 64% and 67%. In the formation of the fruiting body, the air humidity is 80% to 95%, which is beneficial to the growth of the fruiting body.

2. Temperature

The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus in 2L-27 ℃ is 25-27 ℃ and 10-16 ℃. Different bacteria have different temperature requirements. Some bacteria have a fruit body temperature of 13-18 ℃, and a few have temperatures below 16-25 ℃.

3. Light

Pleurotus ostreatus can inhibit the growth of mycelium. It is formed in complete darkness and has no fruiting body. The air is the sufficient oxygen of Pleurotus ostreatus, and it is the aerobic bacteria that promote the growth of mycelium and seed.

Do you know something about it through the introduction of the editor above? Tea mushroom is a very common plant, which is widely distributed in China and can be seen in most mountains and forests. in recent years, with the export of seeds, tea mushrooms are gradually internationalized, and the technology of planting tea mushrooms is becoming more and more improved.
