Environment: neutral or slightly alkaline fertile black soil, ph between 6.57.5, suitable temperature 20 ℃, air relative humidity 75-90%, avoiding direct sunlight, weak scattered light is better, cultivated from October to December. Cultivation material formula: sawdust, wheat bran, corncob and straw as the main materials. Unbagged cultivation of clinker: inoculated with mycelium at both ends and cultivated after full bag. Fruiting body: keep the soil moist and air moisture, generally 30 days can grow out.

What is Morchella?

Morchella, also known as Tricholoma, Sheep liver, etc., is a precious edible and medicinal fungus. It is rich in nutrition and has the effect of tonifying kidney, invigorating yang, tonifying brain and refreshing. Their structure is similar to that of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the upper part is folded and reticulated, like sheep tripe, hence the name Morchella.

Planting techniques of Morchella

1. Environmental requirements

Morchella has high requirements for environment and soil. The soil for growing Morchella must be neutral or slightly alkaline fertile black soil, and the PH value should be controlled between 6.5 and 7.5.

Morchella likes to grow in a low temperature and humid environment, and their growth period is longer, in addition to low temperature, they also need a large temperature difference to stimulate mycelium differentiation; the suitable temperature for their growth is 20 ℃, and the air relative humidity should be controlled at 75-90%. Avoid direct sunlight and weak scattered light is better. According to its growth characteristics, the greenhouse for planting Morchella is best selected in poplar forest and cultivated from October to December.

2. Cultivation formula

Whether the cultivation of Morchella can be successful, the preparation of cultivation materials is extremely important, the general cultivation materials are sawdust, wheat bran, corncob and straw as the main materials, and then mixed with some other ingredients.

Formula 1: sawdust 75%, wheat bran 20%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, gypsum 1%, humus soil 3%, Yifu source mushroom ecological treasure 1%. Formula 2: 40% crushed corncob, 20% wheat bran, 20% sawdust, 15% bean shell, 2% plant ash, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 1% gypsum, 1% sugar, 1% ecological treasure of Yifu mushroom.

3. Unbagged cultivation of clinker

Combined with the actual situation, select the appropriate cultivation formula, then mix it with water according to the ratio of 1RV 1.3, stir and accumulate and ferment for 20 days, then pack it in special plastic bags, each containing about 500g material; then put the bag material in a high temperature environment of 100 degrees for more than 8-10 hours, carry on sterilization treatment, and then inoculate mycelium.

The two-end inoculation method can be used to seal the mouth of the bag after inoculation and cultivate it in a culture room of 22-25 ℃ for 30 days. The mycelium can be grown and cultivated after the mycelium is full.

4. Fruiting body cultivation

Choose a suitable environment for cultivation, after disinfection, spread a layer of plastic film on the bed, then cover it with 3-5cm mature soil, cover it and flatten the soil.

Remove the plastic bag outside the cultivated bacterial stick and arrange it neatly on the bed surface with a general discharge density of 40 per square foot. After placing the bacterial stick, spray water evenly, then cover it with 3-5cm soil, and finally cover a layer of fallen leaves to keep the soil moist and air moisture. Generally, fruit bodies can grow in about 30 days.
