1. Soaking seeds to accelerate germination

Select Gongcai seeds with high yield, high quality, disease resistance and strong stress resistance, soak them in cold water for 3-4 hours before sowing, then soak them in 10% trisodium phosphate solution for 20 minutes, remove them, rinse them with clean water and accelerate germination. The optimum temperature for Gongcai germination is 15-20 ℃. The sterilized seeds are wrapped in gauze and put into a 15-20 ℃ incubator and washed once a day. Generally, the seeds can be sown after about 3 days of exposure.

2. Soil preparation and sowing

Gongcai has a strong ability to adapt to the environment, its growth ability is strong, it is best to choose fertile, water and fertilizer conservation capacity of semi-alkaline sand soil to improve the yield and quality of Gongcai. After selecting the suitable land, carefully check whether there are any pesticide or herbicide residues, if found to clean in time, in order to avoid drug damage caused by tribute vegetables. 3. Daily management

Generally, it is necessary to water the border once a day in the morning and evening to ensure that the soil is moist and covered with a layer of straw to keep the soil moist. After planting and emergence, the straw is taken away in time. When the cotyledons are flat, the first seedling is carried out, and the plant spacing is controlled at 3-6cm. When the seedling has 3 true leaves, the second seedling is carried out. The distance between plants and rows is controlled at 15-18cm When the seedlings had 3-6 true leaves, the seedling distance was 20-25cm square, and the planting density was 2-23000 plants / mu. After fixing the seedlings, watering regularly, topdressing and weeding were carried out to ensure the growth and development of tribute vegetables.

4. Timely harvest

In order to ensure the quality of tribute food, it should be harvested at the right time. If the harvest time is too early, it will affect the yield, if the harvest is too late, it is easy to form a hollow, crude fiber increases, resulting in a decline in quality. In general, the best time to harvest tribute vegetables is that the outer leaves and heart leaves of tribute vegetables are flat, but because of different regions, the harvest time should be adjusted according to the planting area.
