Seed stem propagation: choose a suitable propagation method to plant the seed stem of Amur root into the seedling bed of sandy loam soil and plant when the seedlings grow 2 axillary buds. Land: choose a place with flat, sufficient water and convenient drainage and irrigation to plant, and fertilize deeply before planting. Make a bed by preparing the land: make a ditch to make a bed in place. Planting: after fertilization, the seed stem will be cut into small segments of 5cm for planting. Fertilizer, water and daily management: timely topdressing, timely watering, pest control and timely harvest.

I. seed stem propagation

The seed stem source of Auricularia auriculata root is generally wild auricularia root. Before planting, the wild auricularia root was treated with ramet and cuttings in order to obtain more kinds of stem.

The main results are as follows: 1. Ramet propagation is usually carried out from March to April, and the wild ear root is planted in sandy loam or directly into the greenhouse.

2. Cuttage propagation: it can be carried out in spring or summer. Generally, the seed stem of the folded ear root is intercepted and transplanted to the seedling bed of sandy loam soil, and the cuttings take root and transplant to the greenhouse to be opened.

3. Raising seedlings: it generally takes about 2 months. After the seedlings grow out, choose the rhizome with white color, strong growth and 2 axillary buds, cut it into small segments and plant it on the seedling bed, and do a good job of watering and drainage in time to promote the growth of the rhizome.

II. Land selection

It is best to plant the folded ear root at an altitude of about 800m, and in the only area with flat terrain, sufficient water and convenient drainage and irrigation, remove the sundries in the garden and carry out ploughing and fertilization before planting.

Third, prepare the land and make beds.

The method of opening ditches to make the border can not only increase the thickness of the soil layer and facilitate field management, but also improve the yield and quality of the broken ear root. The low-lying land should be adjusted according to the local actual situation, and the low-lying land should be made into a sunny bed and the highland into a flat bed to increase the yield of the broken ear root.

IV. Planting

Use rotten farm manure, N-P-K compound fertilizer and cake fertilizer as base fertilizer before planting, turn deeply to ensure that the fertilizer and soil are evenly mixed; dig a trench with long 0.5cm, spread rice straw in it, spread phosphate fertilizer, plant ash and other fertilizers, fill the soil above, and then plant the whole planting field in this way.

Select the robust and disease-free stem, cut it into a small section about 5cm before planting, dig the planting ditch according to the planting density, cover it with thin soil and pour it through water.

5. Fertilizer and water management

The seedlings were fertilized regularly before the seedlings survived, and generally sprinkled with appropriate amount of human feces and urine; after folding the ear root into the normal growth period, the plants were applied once diluted human and animal dung water, and again a month later. While fertilizing, we should also do a good job in watering, watering in time to keep the soil moist and promote nutrient absorption.

VI. Pest control

In the process of planting, fertilizer should be applied in time, field management should be done well, and other crops should be planted properly after 2 years of continuous planting, so as to improve the soil environment, reduce the source of bacteria and reduce the risk of disease.

7. Timely harvest

The planting of broken ear root is generally carried out by harvesting in batches. The tender stems and leaves on the ground can be picked after growing for about 25 days; if there are no special requirements for roots, they can be picked again 10-20 days after the first harvest, and if there are special needs for roots, they can be harvested 6 months after planting.
