There are two main planting methods of Ganoderma lucidum: bag cultivation and Linden cultivation. Bag planting method: the south can be vaccinated every year from February to March or from late August to early September, and the north can be vaccinated from March to April. Linden cultivation method: the inoculation time is generally from the beginning of December to the end of January of the following year.

I. planting methods of Ganoderma lucidum

1. There are two main planting methods of Ganoderma lucidum: bag cultivation and Linden cultivation.

2. Artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum is to directly follow the hyphae isolated from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum to Linden or other artificial medium, and then grow and develop into a fruiting body.

3. The artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body is mainly divided into two stages.

The main results are as follows: (1) the first stage is to select excellent bacteria and expand the culture of bacteria, and the expanded culture of bacteria is the number of strains needed to expand the reproduction of a small number of strains to the fruiting body.

(2) the second stage is fruiting body cultivation, that is, the strain is inoculated on artificial medium and cultured under certain conditions until the fruiting body grows, matures and harvests.

Second, bag planting method

Principle: wild Ganoderma lucidum grows on trees all the year round, so Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies are cultivated with artificial logs. Over the years, resources for economic development have been constantly destroyed, resulting in a large lack of logs. It has been found that Linden and Zhiya can be used instead of logs for cultivation, and a certain amount of wood should also be used, so as to further develop substitute cultivation, also known as bag cultivation.

1. The method of cultivating the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum instead of logs, that is, about 400g of plant or crop waste such as sawdust, bagasse, gypsum powder, calcium carbonate, wheat bran, corn straw, cottonseed hull, fungus grass and sugar are packed into special plastic bags made of polyethylene or polypropylene to prepare culture materials.

2. Plastic bags are sealed and sterilized under high pressure for two hours or under atmospheric pressure for ten hours. After cooling, they can be moved into the culture room for operation.

3. Disinfect it with ultraviolet ray and aerosol disinfectant, and then inoculate it in the inoculation box.

4. Put it on the culture rack to shade the light and wait for bacteria to grow. Ganoderma lucidum can only grow into Ganoderma lucidum fruit body under suitable temperature, humidity, light and other conditions.

5. To keep the room temperature about 20-25 ℃, the temperature should be raised manually if necessary.

6. Ganoderma lucidum strains grow hyphae in the medium and cover the whole medium in about two months, that is, bag cultivation is completed.

Conclusion: bag planting method is simple and convenient, high yield, and saves wood expenses, which protects both ecology and environment, but at the same time, Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with bag material has light weight, green appearance, bitter taste, and dry products will be deformed. Compared with Linden Ganoderma lucidum, its color is poor, its quality is low, its efficacy is poor, and the residues of pesticides and heavy metals are easy to exceed the standard.

3. Cultivation of Linden and Ganoderma lucidum

The main results are as follows: 1. The cultivation method of Linden Ganoderma lucidum is also very simple. First, Linden is artificially treated and sterilized, then the mycelium is extracted from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum, and the bacteria are inoculated on it, and the Linden is covered with hyphae.

2. The growth environment of bag planting method is the same, and the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum can be grown from the hyphae.

Conclusion: compared with the bag cultivation method, although the growth time of Linden Ganoderma lucidum cultivation is faster than that of bag planting, the cultivation and growth of Linden is more natural and will not have the problem of pesticide and fertilizer residues. Ganoderma lucidum produced has a large weight and a good appearance, and the price is slightly higher.

Fourth, the planting time of Ganoderma lucidum

1. If the bag planting method is in the south, it can be vaccinated from February to March or from late August to early September every year, and from March to April if it is in the north, while the inoculation time for Linden cultivation is generally from the beginning of December to late January of the following year.

2. Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of fungus with constant temperature and medium and high temperature. Ganoderma lucidum in the natural wild environment will choose suitable growth conditions for itself. according to the planting method of Ganoderma lucidum, the whole time of cultivation will take about two months.

3. In fact, the current artificial culture technology is already very high, and it can basically flexibly produce suitable growth characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum and provide light and temperature for Ganoderma lucidum. Therefore, if the technology is mature, it is not necessary to choose a fixed time to plant. No matter which season can provide a suitable living environment for Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidum can grow normally.
