Location: select the sea area with unobstructed tidal current, slightly stormy and the most exciting part of the line. Breeding equipment: need to make a professional net curtain, and then plan to put it into the sea. Timely stocking: the stocking time is from the end of September to the beginning of October. Seedling cultivation: hang the seedling net and inspect it every day to ensure that the seedling net is wet and the seedlings will be raised successfully after 30 days. Daily management: wash the net every 3 days in the seedling stage, and pay attention to regulating the water layer in the phylloid stage. Disease prevention and control: acid-alkali method and drying method can be used to prevent and cure actively.

I. choose a suitable area

The main results are as follows: (1) the culture area of porphyra needs to choose the sea area with smooth tidal current, slightly wind and waves, located in neap tide and the most exciting part of the line.

(2) the sand bottom is the best at the bottom of the culture area, and the water quality of porphyra yezoensis cultivation should choose the sea area with more nitrogen and phosphorus, and the nitrogen content of sea water is generally required to be 50 mg per cubic meter or more.

Aquaculture equipment

The main results are as follows: (1) the net curtain needed in Laver culture should be made of six strands of silk vinylon and 30 strands of silk glue, and then woven into a strip net curtain of 2X1.5 meters.

(2) after the completion of the preparation, the new net curtain should be soaked in fresh water for 15 days, and the water should be changed 3-5 times within 15 days, in order to wash away the residual detergent in the original vinylon, otherwise it will affect the effect of seedling attachment.

(3) when selecting the sea area, we should plan the stocking area, especially in the areas where there are many farmers, and we should pay attention not to squeeze densely in the same area.

(4) when planning the sea area, the row spacing should be widened and the traffic ditch should be enlarged. Only in this way can we achieve the high yield of culture and maintain the good quality of porphyra yezoensis.

III. Timely stocking

The main results are as follows: (1) the stocking of porphyra is usually at the end of September or early October. When the cold air goes south in the north, we should be ready to collect seedlings, and the second cold air to the sea is the most suitable time for Laver stocking.

(2) if the air temperature and water temperature are on the high side, it is not conducive to spore germination, and even affect the normal growth of porphyra yezoensis.

IV. Seedling cultivation

1. To hang the seedling net in the place where the tide is about to rise, you need to use three layers of seedling net to overlap on the seedling net. At the same time, the seedling net should be flattened and tightened as much as possible.

2. For the newly hung seedling net, if it is far away from the high tide, it is necessary to spray the seedling net with sea water to ensure its wettability.

3. After hanging the seedling net, you need to inspect it every day, and you need to pay attention to that the seedling net is not too loose or sagging.

4. If more algae are attached to the seedling net, the seedling net needs to be cleaned and dried in time.

5. After 30-40 days, if the seedling net is covered with 1-3 cm seedlings, it means that the seedlings have been cultivated successfully.

V. Daily management

1. Seedling stage

The main results are as follows: (1) it is a critical time of culture in a year. During this period, attention should be paid to strengthening the management of porphyra yezoensis, mainly to promote the rapid growth of seedlings and reduce the loss of seedlings.

(2) generally, it is used to wash the net on the third day under the sea. when it is dry, the net is dried once every three days until the seedlings are complete. it is necessary to keep the net free of algae and sludge, and the temperature may rise briefly during this period. in the period of high temperature, special attention should be paid to adjusting the water layer to prevent the death of seedlings.

2. Phylloid stage

(1) quality assurance: pay attention to regulating the water layer during the management period, and pay attention to harvesting porphyra properly. Generally, porphyra can be harvested for the first time when the Thallus grows to more than 20 cm, and then porphyra can be harvested every 7-10 days on average. in this way, the Thalli of Laver can not be aged and the algae can be kept soft.

(2) promoting growth: we should pay attention to regulating the water layer every day. In order to increase the photosynthesis of the Thallus, it is best not to be exposed to the water surface and dry for less than 2 hours. If there is a lack of fertilizer, we should also spray urea to increase fertilizer.

(3) cutting and retention: when harvesting porphyra yezoensis, we should pay attention to grasp the proportion of cutting and retention, generally cutting out 1/2 of the Thallus.

VI. Disease prevention and control

1. Control cultivation and select high-quality varieties when cultivating.

2. If the disease is found to be rotten, it is necessary to change the net.

3. When it is found that a large number of algae are attached to the Internet, they are removed by acid-alkali method and drying method.

VII. Harvest

Porphyra yezoensis can be harvested about 12 times during the whole culture period, and the leaves of porphyra yezoensis can grow to 20-30cm about 40-50 days after collecting shell spore seedlings, then the first harvest can be carried out, and then it can be harvested every half a month or so.
