Seed selection: select full new species. Budding: sprouting in an indoor environment of 20 ℃-25 ℃. Sowing: sandy soil or plots with flat, fertile, good light and good drainage should be selected. Seedling management: dwarf treatment should be done at the right time. Fertilization: timely application of farm manure or chemical fertilizer. Planting density: the distance between rows and plants is about 15cm. Harvest of Toona sinensis buds: common and dwarfing close planting cultivation 2-3 times per year, harvest 2 times per year, protected cultivation 7-10 days once, harvest 4-5 times.

First, select seeds

1. Don't choose the old seed that has been stored for many years. The new seed that is fresh and full that year is the best.

2. The general new species are red and yellow, the kernels are yellow and white, the purity is higher than 98%, the germination rate is more than 40%, and the pre-germination treatment can make the buds of Toona sinensis emerge neatly.

3. Before planting, the seeds should be scalded, soaked in 40 ℃ warm water for about 5 minutes, fully stirred evenly, and then soaked in 20 ℃-30 ℃ water for about 24 hours to promote growth and development.

Second, heat preservation and budding

The main results are as follows: 1. After soaking in water and absorbing enough water, the seeds are removed, controlled by water, placed on the washed Reed mat, spread out and placed with 3cm thickness, covered with clean gauze, and placed in an indoor environment of 20 ℃-25 ℃ for moisturizing and budding.

2. Turn the seeds 1-2 times a day during the period, and wash the seeds thoroughly for 2-3 times with about 25 ℃ of clean water. 30% germination rate can be sown after controlling water.

Third, sowing seeds in the right place

The main results are as follows: 1. the seedling land is usually planted in sandy soil or fields with flat and fertile soil, strong photosynthesis and good drainage, combined with soil preparation, the soil should be turned thoroughly and spread evenly when fertilizing.

2. Make a 1m wide border and keep the row spacing 30cm to dig a ditch with a width of 5-6cm and a high 5cm.

3. The seeds treated by accelerating germination were sown evenly, and the soil surface was covered with a layer of 2cm thick soil after sowing. Proper watering kept the soil moist, and seedlings emerged about 7 days after sowing.

IV. Seedling management

1. Intermediate seedlings and fixed seedlings should be carried out when the sprouts of Toona sinensis are unearthed and grow 4-6 true leaves, and the seedlings should be fixed according to the plant spacing 20cm after watering.

2. When the buds of Toona sinensis grow to about 50cm height, control its growth height and dwarf the seedlings. 15% paclobutrazol 200400 times solution can be used to spray 2-3 times, once every 10-15 days.

3. Spraying with paclobutrazol is beneficial to increase matter accumulation, dwarfing treatment combined with coring can thicken the rhizome and accelerate the speed of fruit development.

5. Soil preparation and fertilization

The buds of Toona sinensis should be cultivated in a greenhouse with sunlight. When applying fertilizer, we should apply sufficient base fertilizer, 5000kg/ mu of high-quality farm manure, 100kg/ mu of superphosphate and 25kg/ mu of urea, spread evenly and then turn the whole border deeply to make a border with a width of 80-100cm.

VI. Planting density

Planting density should not be too dense nor too sparse, fixed plant spacing 15cm, row spacing 15cm, a total of about 30000 plants / mu is better.

7. Harvest of Toona sinensis buds

The main results are as follows: 1. Whether ordinary cultivation or dwarfing and dense planting, Toona sinensis buds can be picked before and after Grain Rain, and the newly planted Toona sinensis buds can only be harvested twice at most. The yield of Toona sinensis sprouts will increase after 3 years, and can be harvested 2-3 times per year. Toona sinensis buds in the first stubble are rich, tender and of good quality, and they are picked every 3-4 Tuesdays.

2. Toona sinensis buds cultivated in protected areas can also be picked when temperature rises in winter, and Toona sinensis buds are supplied in advance in early spring without heating up. Toona sinensis buds are harvested 4-5 times in greenhouse than those of common cultivation and dwarfing close planting cultivation.

3. Wait until 40-50 days after heating up and cover the grass grass, harvest when it grows to about 15-20cm, pick a little bud to pick the terminal bud in the morning and evening, and the remaining part can continue to grow in leaves, which can be picked every 7-10 days, and should be fertilized and watered in time after bud picking.
