The formula of culture material: the use of rice straw, crop straw and scraps of industry and sideline, etc. Mix: dilute according to the ratio of dry material and water 1: 1.3-1.8. Bag sterilization: keep cooking for 8-10 hours in 100 ℃ environment. Cooling inoculation: cooling about 28 ℃. Mycelium culture: double-row arrangement in early winter and early spring and single-row arrangement in late autumn and summer. Fruiting body growth and management: ventilating for 1-2 hours a day and spraying water 1-2 times a day.

I. Formula of culture materials

The raw materials of Pleurotus ostreatus include rice straw, sawdust, distiller's grains, corn straw, leaves, waste paper, corncob, bean straw, cottonseed husk, waste cotton, crop straw and leftovers from industry and sideline.

Choose raw materials and try not to use moldy ones. Even if they are stored every other year, they should be fully exposed to the sun for two to three days before they can be used. Choose fresh materials.

Formula 1: cotton husk 98%, lime 1%, gypsum powder 1%, PH 6.5

Formula 2: cotton husk 60%, gypsum powder 1%, rice straw powder 33%, lime powder 1%, PH 6.5

Formula 3: 80% rice straw powder, 1% calcium superphosphate, 1% lime powder, 18% corn meal or rice bran, PH 6.5

Second, mixing materials

1. After preparing the raw materials according to the above formula, put them in a clean place of sterilization and detoxification, and dilute them according to the ratio of 1.3-1.8 of dry material water.

2. Stir the culture material evenly with the tool, and the water control can be used as the mixing material with the standard of holding without dripping water with both hands.

3. Bagging and sterilization

1. The plastic bag of Pleurotus ostreatus should be made of 22-25cm low-pressure polyethylene tube film to make a 40-50cm plastic tube, and all the mixing materials should be packed into the tube.

2. Wrap the plastic neck ring or fiber band ring on both sides and press to prevent excess air from entering. The cylinder mouth is facing down, moving slowly from the outside to the inside along the ring belt, from the edge to the part.

3. Cover the ring with a layer of Kraft paper or newspaper hoop, cook and sterilize the material bags together and sterilize them at high temperature for 8-10 hours in 100 ℃.

IV. Cooling inoculation

1. Put the cooked bag material in a dry and clean place for ventilation and cool it to about 28 ℃ for inoculation.

2. First disinfect the tweezers with soapy water, alcohol and potassium permanganate solution, then pick up the bacteria and put them directly in the bag.

3. There are three broad bean-sized bacteria in each mouth, and the bacteria with short age and no miscellaneous bacteria infection are preferred.

4. Pay attention to the vaccination action should be fast, try not to speak, to prevent miscellaneous bacteria from invading from all aspects.

5. Mycelium culture

1. After inoculation, stack the material bags together to cultivate the hyphae, preferably in a dry and dust-free environment.

2. In winter and early spring, about one meter can be stacked on a large scale, arranged in two rows, and the top layer is covered with a film or straw curtain for mycelium heat preservation.

3. In autumn and late summer, it is best to stack 3-4 layers, and observe the bag temperature at any time. Turn the pile or change the position to dissipate heat when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃. After 20-30 days, the mycelium culture is completed.

VI. Growth and management of fruiting bodies

1. The bacterial bag should be moved to the mushroom in time, arranged in the order of 5-7 layers in a single row, leaving a wide distance of 70-80cm to facilitate future operation.

2. Keep indoor temperature and humidity, ventilate for 1-2 hours / day, and water the ground to fully promote the growth and development of bagged Pleurotus ostreatus fruit body.

3. When the fruiting body grows out of the bag, spray water on the mushroom body 1-2 times a day, spray an appropriate amount according to the temperature.

VII. Harvest

The main results are as follows: 1. When the mushroom body grows to medium well or when the color of the cap changes from dark to light, the harvest time is when the dead part grows white.

2. It is appropriate to harvest 3-4 times. After harvest, the rotten mushroom and diseased mushroom should be cleaned in time. After the mycelium enters the rest and recuperation stage, it will go on for a long time in the next life.
