Mango is suitable for planting in tropical and subtropical areas, Nanning, Hainan, Guangzhou and other places are suitable for mango planting in China, and India is the largest producing area abroad. Because mango is a tropical fruit, it is more suitable to grow in areas with high temperature all year round. If the temperature is too low, it cannot be planted, even if it is planted, the quality will not be very good.

Where is the mango suitable for planting?

Mango is suitable for growing in tropical and subtropical regions. It is a tropical fruit and is not suitable for growing in places where the temperature is too low. The area where mango can be planted must have a high temperature all the year round. The temperature of mango trees in the growing environment should be controlled at 15-35 ℃, and the most suitable temperature for growth is 24-27 ℃.

It can blossom, pollinate and fertilize normally only when it is above 20 ℃. If it is lower than 20 degrees, the anther can not crack normally and will not germinate pollen, which will directly affect the fruit.

II. Planting requirements of mango trees

1. Time requirement

Mango trees can choose spring or autumn when transplanting, but the survival rate will be higher when planted in spring, because with the gradual rise of temperature in spring and more Rain Water in spring, so it is very beneficial to the growth of fruit trees. After autumn, the temperature gradually drops, and Rain Water is less dry, so the survival rate will be lower, if you must choose autumn, it is better to wait for precipitation before planting.

2. Temperature requirement

Mango is a hot fruit tree, likes the high temperature environment very much, and needs a lot of light. Mango trees have higher requirements for the growth environment, and they can grow normally only when the local temperature is above 20 ℃. If the temperature is below zero, it is very difficult for fruit trees to survive. In addition, although mango trees like heat, if the temperature is higher than 37 ℃, the seedlings will be burned to death, so it is necessary to control the temperature when raising seedlings.

3. Land requirements

Mango trees prefer loose soil, and the best water storage and displacement are also strong, and good air permeability is also required. Fertile acid soil is the best soil, which can promote the survival rate of fruit trees and accelerate the rapid growth of fruit trees and enter the flowering and fruit stage.

4. Humidity and fertilizer requirements

Humidity: mango trees have certain requirements for water and fertilizer. In the normal growth stage, the soil moisture should be kept at about 65% as far as possible, and it should be raised to about 80% when blooming and fruiting. When the fruit grows, there is no special requirement for humidity.

Fertilizer: fertilization, especially in the two key periods of young tree stage and mature stage, fertilization in young tree stage can make fruit trees and branches grow faster, when fertilization is mainly nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer; fruit tree maturity includes long branch stage, flowering and fruiting stage, long fruit stage and maintenance period, these four stages should be focused on fertilization, and potassium fertilizer is the main fertilizer.
