Soilless culture nutrient solution formula: magnesium sulfate, chelated iron, calcium nitrate, potassium sulfate, potassium nitrate, potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate, potassium hydrogen sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, trace element solution and other ingredients can be selected to prepare appropriate nutrient solution according to different varieties of plants and in different proportions.

1. Soilless culture substrate formula

1. Solanaceous vegetables are generally cultivated in substrates, such as sand, vermiculite, ceramsite, rock wool, pearlite, sawdust, rice husk, peat, etc. Among them, the substrate mixed with peat and vermiculite has a good effect on the cultivation of tomato and cucumber vegetables.

2, peat in transit, most of them have been agglomerated, air-dried, so to crush it into 1-5 mm fibrous or aggregate particles.

3. Before the matrix is mixed, it is necessary to determine the pH, conductivity, nutrient content, and peat nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content.

4. The mixed substrate used was prepared according to 388 liters of peat and 388 liters of vermiculite, and then 4540 grams of lime powder, 908 grams of calcium superphosphate (20%P2O5) and potassium nitrate (14-0-44) were added. Among them, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content (the same below) 454 g, 28 g chelated iron (10% iron), 23 g boric acid (17.48%).

5. Chelated iron and potassium nitrate need to be dissolved in hot water and then sprinkled into the matrix. Lime, stone powder and calcium superphosphate need to be crushed and stirred evenly into the matrix, and immediately put the matrix into the cultivation tank, and then the crops can be planted.

2. Formula of nutrient solution for soilless culture

1. After planting, different cultivation substrates and crops in growing period need to be matched with different nutrient solutions.

2, peat vermiculite substrate cultivation tomato nutrient solution formula, growth stage 1000 liters containing 500 grams of magnesium sulfate, 25 grams of iron chelate, 100 grams of potassium sulfate, 200 grams of potassium nitrate, 200 grams of potassium nitrate, 270 grams of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 270 grams of potassium hydrogen sulfate, 500 grams of calcium nitrate, 150 ml of trace element solution.

3, harvest stage, calcium nitrate content can be increased to 680 grams, other nutrients do not need to change.

4. Cucumber cultivation nutrient solution formula, growth stage 1000 liters containing 500 grams of magnesium sulfate, 25 grams of chelated iron, 200 grams of potassium nitrate, 270 grams of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 680 grams of calcium nitrate, 150 ml of trace element solution.

5, harvest stage, calcium nitrate content can be increased to 1357 grams, other nutrients do not need to change.

6. The trace element solution contains 0.1 g molybdic acid, 0.8 g zinc sulfate, 0.25 g copper chloride, 4.5 g manganese chloride and 5.0 g boric acid per 300 ml.
