Preparation of bacterial material: fresh, clean and mildew-free materials should be selected to prepare bacterial material. Bagging sterilization: Place the seed bag under high pressure for sterilization. Inoculation and cultivation: The sterilized bacteria bag is put into the greenhouse for inoculation, the temperature is kept at about 20-25℃, and then the film is coated. Environmental management: spray water mist every day to keep it moist, but not directly on mushrooms. Mushroom management: maintain a certain humidity, strengthen indoor air circulation, wait for mushrooms to grow to 12 cm can be harvested.

1. Flammulina velutipes planting time

1. When planting Flammulina velutipes under stable temperature conditions, it must be inoculated in time to facilitate fruiting. It is advisable to plant it when the temperature drops below 20℃. If the original seed is produced, it can be about 30 days in advance.

2. The inoculation time of planting Flammulina velutipes after the year can be calculated according to the date when the average temperature rises to 20℃, starting 60-80 days in advance.

II. Flammulina velutipes planting process

1. Preparation of bacteria

Because Flammulina velutipes is developed from a hypha, it is necessary to prepare a good fungus, generally choose corn flour, corncob, soybean flour, gypsum powder, cottonseed hull, wheat bran, calcium superphosphate and some white sugar mixed together.

Be sure to ensure that these things are not moldy and fresh, and then pour water and place them in a closed environment for about 2-4 hours.

2. Bagging sterilization

Put the selected bacteria material into the seed bag. In order to ensure normal fruiting, one end of the seed bag needs to be cut open, and then the other side is compacted. After both sides are installed, use a small rope to tie it tightly.

To start sterilization, put it in a high-pressure environment and spray an appropriate amount of potassium permanganate solution.

3. Inoculation and cultivation

Put the sterilized plastic bag into the greenhouse to prepare for inoculation. First, take appropriate amount of formaldehyde for treatment once, then put the bacteria bag in the incubation room, and keep the temperature at about 20-25℃.

In order to ensure the normal growth of hyphae, it can be covered with a layer of transparent film, and so on hyphae hair after the film needs to be opened every day ventilation.

4. Environmental management

When only a little white liquid is left in the bacterial bed, it is necessary to stretch the film about 20 cm high and then cover it with a layer of newspaper.

In order to keep it moist, it is necessary to spray water mist every day. Be careful not to spray it directly on the mushroom, otherwise it will cause the mycelium to rot. As long as the air circulation is strengthened, it can be done.

5. Mushroom management

When the stalk grows to 2 cm, be sure to ensure that the indoor humidity is about 90%, and when it grows to about 10 cm, be sure to properly control the amount of water sprayed, so that the air humidity can be maintained at about 80-85%.

2-3 weeks before the mushroom must strengthen indoor air circulation, about 12 cm long mushrooms can be harvested, and then clean the bacteria for drying for about a day, watering film, waiting for the second harvest can be.
