Pot substrate: it can be cultured in pottery pot, moss can be used as substrate, and a small amount of granule can be filled at the bottom. Temperature: when the room temperature is kept above 5 ℃, it can survive the winter safely, and it is usually necessary to put it in a place with sufficient light for breeding. Watering: neutral and slightly acidic water should be watered, the early water from spring to autumn should be sufficient, the amount of water can be reduced when entering dormant period in winter, and the surface should be watered after flowering. Fertilization: nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and so on can be applied during the growth period.

1. Potted substrate

The main results are as follows: 1. The soil for planting Dendrobium candidum should be breathable and well drained. Pottery pots can be used as flowerpots, and then moss can be used as matrix. The bottom of the pot can be filled with a small amount of granular matter as drainage layer.

2. When planting, the moss needs to be filled gently, and the new moss generally needs to be replaced once a year, otherwise the moss will take too long, which will lead to the decrease of water permeability and air permeability.

2. Suitable temperature

The main results are as follows: 1. When potted Dendrobium candidum is planted in the north, it needs to be kept in a place with sufficient indoor light to survive the winter in winter, and the room temperature should be kept above 5 ℃. It can be cultured outdoors in spring and summer, but it needs to be protected from rain in time.

2. In the late autumn and early winter, the bulbs with strong growth can maintain a proper low temperature of 2-3 weeks, which is beneficial to the differentiation of flower buds. After the flower buds grow, the room temperature should be 20-25 ℃ in the daytime and 15 ℃ at night.

3. Adequate light

1. Dendrobium in spring loves sunshine. In spring, summer and autumn, the light is more abundant, which is conducive to the growth of Dendrobium, but it also needs to keep the amount of shading at about 30-50%.

2. After flowering, the plant should not be placed in a place with strong sunlight, otherwise it will cause the flowers to wither ahead of time, and it is not suitable for breeding in the place with weak light, which will reduce the color of the plant and shorten the florescence.

IV. Rational watering

1. Spring Dendrobium likes to pour neutral and slightly acidic water. Remember that the water should not contain too much calcium, magnesium and other minerals. Spring to early autumn belongs to the vigorous growth period of Dendrobium candidum, and sufficient water is needed at this stage.

2. when the winter enters the dormant period, the amount of water should be gradually reduced, but in order to maintain a relatively high humidity in the air, plants that have already flowered need to wait until the surface of the substrate is dry before watering, so it is not suitable to spray water on the flowers.

5. Regular fertilization

The main results are as follows: 1. in the seedling stage of Dendrobium in spring and the vigorous growth stage in spring and summer, it is necessary to apply nitrogen fertilizer, and the fertilizer with high nitrogen content can be applied from flowering to the end of July, and the fertilizer with high ratio of phosphorus and potassium can be used from August to September. Generally, solid organic fertilizer can be applied in the basin, once every 21 days or so.

2. You can also choose foliar spraying or watering liquid chemical fertilizer, the suitable concentration is about 2000 times liquid, foliar spraying can be sprayed every 7 days or so, chemical fertilizer should be applied as much as possible to reduce the amount and frequency of organic fertilizer, because it is easy to cause moss rot, in addition, all fertilizers should be stopped from the dormancy stage to flowering period of Dendrobium candidum.
