The planting technique of fertile seed: the healthy twigs and hard branches can be selected and cut after pruning, or the disease-free and full seeds can be selected, soaked in warm water to promote sprouting, and then sowed in flowerpots, watering with sprayers or fine-hole showers, transplanting can be carried out after emergence, and watering can be carried out in the later stage according to the dry moisture of the soil. Seed yield: the flowering period is from April to May, the fruit ripening period is from June to August, and the yield per mu is generally about 1232 jin.

First, the planting technique of fertile seed

1. Cutting

When cutting the tender branches, when the plants are growing vigorously from the end of spring to early autumn, you can choose the branches that grow strongly in the same year as cuttings. After cutting the branches, they will be cut into a section with 5-15cm length, each section needs more than 3 leaf nodes. When cutting the hardwood, you can select the sturdy branches as cuttings after the temperature rises in early spring, and each cuttage generally retains 3-4 nodes. The method of cutting is the same as that of softwood cuttings.

2. Sowing and reproduction

(1) the seeds harvested in the same year should be selected before sowing. The longer the seeds are stored, the lower the germination rate will be. The seeds without defects, deformities, diseases and insect pests and full seeds should be selected, then soak the seeds in hot water of about 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and then use warm hot water to accelerate germination for about 1 day until the seeds absorb moisture and expand. For seeds that are easy to germinate, there is no need to soak the seeds. Small seeds that cannot be picked up with hands or other tools can wet the end of the toothpick with water.

(2) stir-fry the sowing substrate in a pot for disinfection, stick the seeds on the surface of the substrate, and then cover the substrate 1cm thick.

(3) when the seeded flowerpot is put into the water, the depth of the water is generally 1 × 2-2 × 3 of the height of the flowerpot, which promotes the water to soak up slowly, and the thickness of the covering substrate after sowing is 2-3 times that of the seed.

(4) then sow the sowing medium thoroughly with a sprayer or fine hole shower, and then water it again according to the dry humidity of the basin soil. during this period, you should pay attention to not watering too much to avoid flushing out the seeds.

(5) after sowing in spring, autumn and winter, the flowerpot can be wrapped with plastic film in cold wave and low temperature climate, which is beneficial to heat preservation and moisturization. when the seedlings are unearthed, the film should be opened immediately, and at about 9 o'clock every morning, or around 3 o'clock in the afternoon, let the seedlings bathe in proper light, which is conducive to the growth and health of the seedlings.

(6) when most of the seedlings are complete, it is necessary to interplant the seedlings properly to remove the sick and weak seedlings, so that the seedlings have enough space for each other, and when most of the seedlings grow to 3 leaves, they can be transplanted.

Second, planting the yield of Nim per mu

Its flowering period is from April to May, and its fruit ripening period is from June to August. It blossoms and bears fruit in summer. Its yield per mu is about 1232 jin. It is mainly born in red and yellow loam and hilly slopes. It is more common in Taiwan, Fujian, Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and other regions.
