Sowing and management: spread perlite, slag and other substrates in the prepared container, then spread the treated pea sprout seeds on it, cover wet newspapers after sowing, control the temperature at about 18-22 ℃, and spray 25 ℃ of warm water every morning and evening. Harvest: when the seedlings grow to 4-5 true leaves, the plant height is 10-15cm, and the top compound leaves are all unfolded, they can be harvested. Generally, they can be cut at the tip of the buds and seedlings 7-8cm.

I. cultivation of pea bud seedlings

1. Sowing and management

(1) the cultivation container can be covered with substrates such as perlite and slag, as well as newspapers, usually making full use of the newspaper, soaking the newspaper first, and then evenly spreading the treated pea seeds on it. The sowing amount of each seedling tray is about 350-450 grams, and then cover with a layer of wet newspaper after sowing.

(2) after sowing, every 5-10 seedling trays are superimposed together, then cover a clean wet gunny bag on the top, place in the dark place, keep the temperature stable at 18-22 ℃ for budding, about 2-3 days, the seedling can grow to 1-2cm or so, and the seedling tray can be placed on the cultivation rack.

(3) the scattered light must be ensured on the cultivation rack, the temperature should be controlled at about 18-23 ℃, warm water can be sprayed once a day in the morning and evening, and the water temperature is about 25 ℃. It is appropriate to soak the newspaper, not too much, so as to avoid stagnant water in the plate.

2. Harvest

(1) when pea seedlings grow out of 4-5 true leaves, the plant height is 10-15 cm, it is neat and uniform, the top compound leaves begin to expand or have been fully extended, there is no rotten root, rotten stem base, no peculiar smell, the stem tip is about 7-8 cm, and the buds are green or light yellow when they can be harvested and sold.

(2) when harvesting, it should be cut from the 7-8cm at the tip of the bud, and then packed in boxes or plastic bags, or sold in the whole plate. In this production process, the suitable temperature is about 10 days, when the winter temperature is about 15 days, the yield per plate is about 300g-350g, and the ratio of sowing rate to harvest amount is 1Suzhou 0.8.

Second, regenerative cultivation

1. In order to increase economic benefits and reduce waste, after the pea seedlings are harvested once, there are still rich nutrients in the pea seeds, which can be fully utilized to make the seedlings grow again.

2. When harvesting pea seedlings, we should prevent pea seeds from being cut and bud bases damaged, so as to reduce the infection rate. The shoots can be cut off about 0.5 cm from the surface bean seeds, and the harvest distance should not be too long, so as not to cause two or more branches, which is not conducive to plant growth and affect quality.

3. After the harvest, the management is the same as for the first time, when it is necessary to regularly check diseased beans, rotten beans and prevent diseases and insect pests.

4. the method of the second harvest is the same as that of the first time. If managed well, pea seedlings can be regenerated for 4-5 times, but the quality will get worse and worse, so it is better to cultivate 2-3 times.
