Alkaline soil is not suitable for soil application, and trunk injection is an effective way to prevent iron deficiency. Generally during the growth of fruit trees, 0.2% Rue 0.5% ferrous sulfate solution can be injected into the tree trunk with a syringe of 0.25 kg at a time.
