Culture method of Bawangyu
Soil: Bawangyu needs to choose loose, fertile and well-drained soil, or it can use peat mixed with water to prepare its own substrate. Change pots: new pots can use flowerpots with a diameter of 12cm, with 3 seedlings planted in each pot. Lighting requirements: appropriate scattering of light. Temperature: the suitable growth temperature is 20-30 ℃. If it is lower than 13 ℃, it will go into dormancy. Watering: water every 3 days. Fertilization: compound fertilizer is applied every 20 days or so during the growing period, and the amount of fertilizer is reduced after autumn.
First, the culture method of Bawangyu
1. Soil requirements
Bawangyu should be planted in fertile and loose soil with good drainage conditions, or you can prepare your own soil. After mixing peat with water, you can grow it. A 12cm basin can hold 350ml peat, a packet of peat can hold about 300L, and it can hold about 800pots.
2. Change the basin
(1) if you use the old basin to grow Bawang jade, soak the old basin in 1000 times potassium permanganate solution for more than 30 minutes, then remove and rinse clean, dry and use.
(2) generally Bawangyu should be planted in a flowerpot with a diameter of about 12cm, and 3 plants can be planted in each pot. Before planting, put the substrate around 2cm, then put the seedlings into the pot, cover the soil to the base of the plant, and fill the pot with 9 minutes of soil.
3. Lighting requirements
Bawangyu is more resistant to semi-shade and should not be directed by strong light, otherwise it will lead to the scorched edge of the leaf tip of Bawangyu, thus affecting its beauty, such as putting it in a dark environment, it will cause the leaves of the plant to fade.
4. Growth temperature
Bawangyu is not resistant to cold, and the suitable growth temperature is 20-30 ℃. If the temperature is as low as 13 ℃, the plant will enter a dormant state, and the lowest temperature for overwintering should not be lower than 12 ℃, otherwise the plant is easy to frostbite, resulting in withered and yellow leaves and even death.
5. Timely watering
Bawangyu is resistant to drought and likes to be moist. In order to keep the soil moist, water can be watered every 3 days or so. Watering can be controlled according to specific weather conditions. The plant needs a lot of water during the growing period, so it should be watered regularly. Only in this way can the normal growth of the plant be ensured.
6. Rational fertilization
In the Bawang Yusheng period, in order to promote the rapid growth of the plant, compound fertilizer should be applied every 20 days or so, fertilizer and water should be applied every 15 days or so, when the amount of fertilizer is properly reduced in autumn, sufficient base fertilizer can be applied every year when the pot is changed, and in order to promote leaf growth, the color is thicker and greener, thin liquid fertilizer can be applied once a month.
7. Control of diseases and insect pests
The main disease of Bawangyu is leaf spot, which often occurs on the leaves of the plant. if the disease is found, the diseased leaves should be removed in time, and then sprayed with 0.5-1000 Bordeaux solution or 50% carbendazim 1000-fold solution.
II. Matters needing attention in Bawangyu culture
1. Bawangyu is a kind of fleshy root plant, which avoids waterlogging. If excessive watering leads to stagnant water at the bottom of the basin, it is easy to cause root rot, and the plant is suitable for growing in a humid environment, such as dry air, which can easily lead to dry tips of leaves.
2. The temperature is higher in summer. In order to increase the air humidity, water can be sprayed around the plant and on the leaves, which is also beneficial to cooling and dust washing.
3. Bawangyu should not be caught in the rain during flowering and should be kept in a ventilated and dry place for maintenance.
4. Generally, the position of the plant should be adjusted at regular intervals, which is more beneficial to the plant growth.

Planting methods and matters needing attention of begonia
Planting method: begonia rhizome is fragile, the soil can choose river sand and rotten leaf soil, put a small amount of bone powder or sand at the bottom of the basin, water every 15 days in autumn and winter, usually keep the soil moist, and spray water regularly to increase air humidity. Spring is applied every 7 days

The method of breeding every day and spring
Propagation method: seed direct seeding or cutting can be used every day and spring. Soil requirements: it is appropriate to choose loose, fertile, well-drained acid soil. Lighting: like light, need to be maintained in places where there is plenty of light. Growth temperature: like warmth, no less than 10 ℃ in winter
