Greenhouse seedling: the plot is irrigated thoroughly, then deep ploughed, then the ridge is opened, after applying enough base fertilizer, the whole seedling is arranged neatly, the bud position is laid horizontally, the interval between each sugarcane seed is about 2cm, and then the soil is covered with about 2cm. Plastic arch shed seedling: build arch frame and cover film, cover straw curtain after sowing, if the temperature in the shed is higher than 35℃, remove film to cool down. Large-arch greenhouse nutrient bowl seedling: making plastic bags as soil bowl, filling nutrient soil, and then cutting sugarcane seeds into single bud stem segments.

1. Greenhouse seedling

1, finishing seedbed

Seedbed land should be selected in the convenient irrigation, leeward sunny sandy loam plot, after selecting the land should be irrigated thoroughly, then deep ploughing, then open the bed, apply sufficient base fertilizer, and then cover a layer of thin soil above, the width of the bed can be determined according to the specific seedling method, convenient for later management.

2. Seed bud treatment

Breeding cane stems generally do not need to be cut off during seedling cultivation, and can be cut off when transplanting. If the cane bud loss is serious, it can be divided into 2-3 bud stem segments, and then soaked in 2% quicklime water or 50% ammonium zinc 400 times solution for germination for about 10-14 hours. Sowing can be done when germination occurs.

3. Discharge sugarcane seeds

First of all, the whole plant seedlings are arranged neatly, the bud position is laid horizontally, and each sugarcane seed is about 2cm apart. After planting, to avoid rolling, the two ends can be fixed with wet soil, and then 1% lime water is sprayed, covering about 2cm of fine soil.

4. Adjust temperature control water

During seedling period, the temperature should be stable at about 20-30℃, and it needs to be cooled if it is higher than 35℃. If the film is removed or the water is sprayed, the temperature needs to be kept warm if it is lower than 15℃. A layer of straw curtain should be covered at night. During the germination period of sugarcane seeds, the soil must be kept moist at any time. The moisture content of sugarcane stems should not be lower than 50%, otherwise it will affect the germination rate.

5. Broken stem transplanting

Sugarcane seedlings can be transplanted at 3-5 leaf age. If high yield is required, it can be transplanted after 6-7 leaf tillering of sugarcane seedlings.

Second, plastic arch shed seedling

1. Cover film

After sowing, a layer of film should be covered. Before covering the film, long bamboo strips should be inserted into the seedbed and bent into arch brackets, and then covered with film. The edge of the film can be compressed with wet soil around, and then covered with a layer of straw curtain, which is conducive to raising the soil temperature and promoting seed germination.

2. Management of seedbeds

Be sure to pay attention to the temperature in the shed at any time, such as higher than 35℃, to prevent burning sugarcane seedlings, can use the method of watering or uncovering the film to cool down, the film-covered seedbed is prone to edge waterlogging and drought phenomenon, in order to keep the seedbed moist, should be timely watering, appropriate spraying urea water to raise seedlings, to prevent yellow weak seedlings.

3. Training seedlings

When the seedlings grow to 2-3 leaves, in order to let the sugarcane seedlings adapt to the outside environment slowly, it is appropriate to remove the film at noon or during the day.

3. Large-arch shed nutrition pot seedling

1. Make a nutrition bowl

Farm manure, vegetable garden soil and fine river sand can be mixed into nutrient soil, and then a plastic bag with a diameter of 8-10cm and a height of about 14cm is used as a soil bowl, and about three-quarters of the volume of the soil bowl is filled with nutrient soil. The sugarcane seeds can be divided into single bud stem segments.

3. Seed release

After applying the base fertilizer, put the seedlings into the bowl, then put them into the nursery pit, irrigate them thoroughly, cover them with a layer of fine soil, cover them with film, and transplant them after about 45 days of seedling age.
