Selection of varieties: early maturing varieties with low temperature tolerance and short growth period should be selected. Sowing seedlings: raising seedlings in greenhouse or small arch shed in the first and middle of March. Land preparation: plough the land before winter, apply sufficient base fertilizer after thawing in spring, and then make a low bed. Planting: it can be planted when the soil temperature is stable above 10 ℃, about 2 rows per row for large-type varieties and 3 rows per row for small-type varieties. Water and fertilizer management: water should be watered immediately after planting, and then slow seedling water after 3 days.

I. selection of varieties

The early-maturing varieties with short growing period, strong winter and low temperature tolerance should be selected for the cultivation of spring cabbage. The more suitable large-grain varieties are "Shengchun" and "Yuyi Yingchun" respectively, and the rosette varieties are "Jinlinglong" and "Yulinglong" baby vegetables respectively.

2. Sowing and raising seedlings

The main results are as follows: 1. In North China, the grass should be planted in the greenhouse or small arch shed, the seedlings should be raised in the middle and lower stages of February and planted in the open field, and in the first and middle of March, the seedlings can be raised in three ways: nutrition bowl, hole plate and sowing. This can improve the survival rate of transplanting.

2. Sowing seedlings: when the seedlings grow to 1 leaf and 1 heart, the seedling spacing can be kept at about 2-3cm, and when the seedlings grow to 3-4 true leaves, the seedlings can be transplanted.

3. Generally, Chinese cabbage will bolt and blossom after vernalization after growing at the temperature of 2-13 ℃ for about 10-25 days, so the lowest temperature of seedling bed should be controlled above 15 ℃, and the temperature below 10 ℃ should not be planted.

III. Soil preparation and fertilization

The main results are as follows: 1. The planting land should be ploughed before winter, and after thawing in spring, about 5000 kg of rotten organic fertilizer can be applied per mu, and about 30-50 kg of compound fertilizer can be applied together, and then turned shallowly so that it can be evenly mixed with fertilizer. Finally, the soil is leveled into a low border, with a width of about 1m.

2. There are few Rain Water in early spring, and the low border can stabilize the temperature, facilitate watering and management in the later stage, and promote the root development of seedlings, thus speeding up the growth.

IV. Rational planting

The main results are as follows: 1. The planting field can be planted when the soil temperature is above 10 ℃ below 10cm. Large-plant varieties can plant about 2 rows per row, the row spacing is about 35-40cm, and the plant spacing is about 50cm.

2. The rosette variety of "Jinlinglong" can be planted in about 3 rows per row, the plant spacing is about 30cm, the row spacing is about 40cm, the planting amount is about 5500 plants per mu, the plant spacing of "Yulinglong" doll is about 25cm, the row spacing is about 25-30cm, and the planting amount per mu is about 8000-10000 plants.

V. Water and fertilizer management

Spring cabbage should be watered immediately after planting, and then appropriate amount of slow seedling water should be irrigated in about 2-3 days. In order to prevent the soil temperature from falling too fast, middle ploughing can be carried out properly, and in the later stage, according to the change of air temperature and plant demand, the amount of watering water and frequency can be increased or decreased appropriately. Sufficient amount of base fertilizer should be applied before planting, and appropriate topdressing can be applied in the later stage.
