Mushroom preparation: mushroom greenhouse can be built in a good permeable place, and the ground should be repaired with cement. Composting of nutrients: Composting of nutrients takes place in July, and fermentation can be successful in about 15 days. Disinfection and sterilization: The mushroom house shall be completely disinfected. After laying nutrients, the doors and windows shall be closed. The temperature in the shed shall be adjusted to about 60℃, and shall be reduced to about 50℃ after 3 hours, and shall be maintained for 7 days. Inoculation covering soil: Inoculation can be carried out when the temperature of nutrients drops to 25℃, and the thickness of nutrients needs to reach about 15cm.

1. Prepare the mushroom house

Before planting mushrooms, it is necessary to build a good mushroom house. At present, the common mushroom houses are built in greenhouses. The mushroom houses need to be built in places with high terrain, flat and wide, and good permeability. The greenhouses need to be made of scattering light materials. The ground can be repaired with cement, which is convenient for later washing. Wood blocks, bricks and iron sheets can be used to build mushroom beds in the mushroom houses, and then windows or rolling shutters should be left, which is conducive to ventilation and ventilation.

II. Stockpiling of nutrients

Mushroom cultivation nutrients include livestock manure, straw, wheat straw, bran, corn stalks, etc., can be selected in July or so for the stacking of nutrients, during which the manure needs to be dried, other materials cut off, then mixed with appropriate amount of gypsum, soaked with water, and then piled up according to a layer of fodder for fermentation, the interval of 3-4 days needs to be turned over once, wait for about 15 days can be fermented successfully.

Third, disinfection and sterilization

After the nutrient stacking is completed, the mushroom house needs to be completely disinfected and sterilized, then the nutrients are placed on the mushroom bed, the doors and windows of the mushroom house are closed, the indoor temperature needs to be raised to about 60℃, and after 3 hours, the temperature is lowered to about 50℃, and the temperature is maintained for about 7 days, so that the nutrients can be fully fermented, and at the same time, the nutrients can be disinfected and sterilized, so that the nutrients are retained by beneficial microorganisms, which is beneficial to the growth of mushrooms.

IV. Inoculation and soil covering

When the temperature of nutrients drops to about 25℃, mushroom inoculation can be carried out. During this period, the nutrients on the mushroom bed should be leveled. The thickness of nutrients on each mushroom bed should reach about 15cm. Generally, the inoculation can be carried out by hole sowing. The spacing between each plant is about 10cm. If you want it to grow faster, you can properly sow some. After inoculation, you need to keep the nutrients at a suitable humidity and improve the permeability of the mushroom house. Finally, the fine fertilizer soil evenly spread on the nutrients above, waiting for mushrooms to grow.

V. Mushroom production management

Mushroom management has great influence on mushroom quality and yield, among which temperature management and water management are more important. Nutrient humidity should be kept at about 70% in the early stage of mushroom production, and gradually restored to 80%-90% in the later stage. During this period, a small amount of watering should be carried out many times. The temperature of mushroom room during the period of mushroom production should be kept at about 10℃-18℃. The temperature can be increased to about 20℃-28℃ during the period of mushroom production, which is conducive to accelerating the speed of mushroom production. When mushrooms grow to a certain size, they can be harvested.
