The planting time in open field is from mid-late March to late April in spring, or from early August to early October in autumn. Greenhouse planting time: from mid-October to early March. Open field planting techniques of fruit and radish: select sandy soil with fertile soil and good drainage, sow 2-3 seeds in each hole after turning the soil deeply, fix seedlings once when seedlings grow 5-6 true leaves, and carry out intermediate ploughing and weeding during the growth period. and keep the soil moist, can apply appropriate amount of phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer and so on.

1. Planting time of fruits and radishes

1. Planting in open field: you can choose to plant from mid-late March to late April in spring, or from early August to early October in autumn. Because of the high temperature and rain in summer, the quality of fleshy root is relatively poor, so it is not suitable for planting.

2. Greenhouse planting: you can choose to plant from mid-October to early March. Because of the low temperature in deep winter, you can close the greenhouse and bake land 7-10 days before planting. The temperature in the interior of the greenhouse should be stable above 5 ℃ before planting.

2. Open field planting techniques of fruit and radish

1. Select soil

Fruit and radish like to grow in deep pine fertile and neutral or slightly acidic soil, so when choosing soil, it is suitable to choose sandy loam with fertile soil, good drainage and pH value of about 6.5.

2. Planting in the field

(1) Deep soil ploughing: before planting fruit and radish, the soil should be turned deeply 15 days in advance, and once more every 2-3 days, to ensure that the soil is loose and convenient for later planting.

(2) sowing technology: when sowing, 250-300g seeds per mu can be planted, 2-3 seeds can be sown in each hole, and the plant spacing can be kept at 20-25cm, then cover with a small amount of fine soil and wait for the seeds to germinate and grow leaves.

(3) Seedling fixing: when the fruit and radish seedlings have 5-6 true leaves, the seedlings should be fixed once, and the seedlings with short growth and stunted growth should be removed, and one seedling can be retained in each hole.

(4) Intermediate ploughing and weeding: choose to weed the soil for 2-3 times when the weather is clear, and then stop weeding after the plant is closed.

(5) Water management: the newly sown seeds should be watered immediately, and the amount of water should generally be irrigated through the soil. During the seedling growth period, the watering amount can be reduced appropriately, but the soil should also be moist, and the watering amount should be increased appropriately until the fleshy expansion period. It is helpful to ensure that the root system has sufficient water.

3. Fertilizer management

The main results are as follows: (1) the principle of fertilization: in the early stage of fruit and radish growth, multi-functional organic fertilizer or nitrogen fertilizer can be applied properly, and then phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be properly applied in the middle and later stage of growth, which is beneficial to promote adequate nutrition of root system and accelerate the expansion of fruit.

(2) fertilization method: during the growth of fruit and radish, the requirement of fertilizer is not very high. Generally, borax 0.5kg, magnesium fertilizer 8kg, urea 10kg, potassium fertilizer (potassium sulfate) 15kg, compound fertilizer 40kg and commercial organic fertilizer 350kg can be applied per mu. Organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and medium trace element fertilizer are 100% base fertilizer, while potash fertilizer and urea can be used as topdressing fertilizer.
