How to determine the actual qualification of farming?

The Council of Agriculture stated that in the future, practitioners will be able to apply to various agricultural improvement farms for proof documents of actual agricultural production work (hereinafter referred to as agricultural work certificates) according to the "identified key points of actual farming", and then examine the certification documents. apply to the peasant association where the household registration is located to participate in the agricultural insurance, and it is expected that the login documents will be published on the website after the year. The qualifications and scale of operation of the practitioner are as follows:

1. Farmers meet one of the following qualifications, and the initial application must be under the age of 65:

(1) the top 100 young peasants selected by the Council of Agriculture.

(2) members of the local young farmers' association (branch) whose management system of the Farmers' College of the Council of Agriculture is documented and well-documented.

(3) farmers who have passed 4 chapters 1Q (including organic verification, production and marketing resume, CAS Taiwan fine agricultural products, safe fruits and vegetables in Jiyuan Garden or agricultural products with QR Code traceability of agricultural products in Taiwan, etc.) and farmers who have passed the friendly environment certification.

(4) Farmers who cooperate with the agricultural policy of the Council of Agriculture.

2. The scale of operation is in line with one of the following circumstances:

(1) I actually sold more than NT $250000 in agricultural products or invested more than NT $150000 in agricultural production materials in the whole year.

(2) the operation scale of agricultural land reaches the standard for determining the operating area of tillers. (for example, 2 hectares of rice)

The practitioner may, with the certificate, apply to the peasant association to participate in the agricultural insurance.

The current number of agricultural insurance is twice as high as that of farmers, which will be strictly investigated.
