How to plant colorful peppers and when to plant them

1. Seeds can generally germinate in an environment of not less than 15 ℃, and the more suitable germination temperature is about 25-30 ℃. First of all, you need to choose a suitable flowerpot, put it into the sterilized nutrient soil, pour water through the 3cm of the basin mouth, wait until the water permeates to the bottom, and then sow the seeds of colorful pepper evenly in the flowerpot, cover with a thin layer of fine soil, and then water the seedling bed again.

2. If it is in a place where the temperature is relatively low, you can cover the pot with a layer of film to keep warm, and then put the flowerpot where there is sunshine, it will generally emerge in no more than 14 days. If the temperature rises, you need to open the plastic film for ventilation and cooling to avoid burning the young seedlings, and when the colorful pepper seeds grow 5-6 real leaves, you can transplant them into the pot.

IV. Rational fertilization

Choose a flowerpot with a diameter of 15-25cm, put 1-2 plants of colorful pepper seedlings in the pot, and then pour diluted compound fertilizer one week after planting. These fertilizers can meet their growth needs in the initial stage, but they need to be applied properly according to the growth of colorful peppers in the later stage. If you apply nitrogen fertilizer, you should pay attention to the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, too much is easy to grow.

2. At the same time, it can also improve the fruit rate, while the natural pollination of colorful peppers planted on the balcony is more difficult, so it is necessary to intervene in artificial pollination to improve the fruit setting rate.
