Garlic has different requirements for soil moisture. Garlic requires higher soil moisture during germination stage to promote root germination. Higher soil moisture is required after withdrawal, scale bud and flower bud differentiation.

Garlic contains sulfur organic compounds, polysaccharides, proteins, volatile oils, amino acids, vitamins, saponins, flavonoids and so on.

Second, how to fertilize the garlic field?

Among them, 15kg compound fertilizer was applied to garlic at seedling stage and growing stage, and 10~5kg, a special compound fertilizer for garlic stalk, was applied in combination with irrigation.
