Garlic likes to be cool and tolerant to low temperature, and requires higher sunshine and high temperature to promote flower bud and scale bud differentiation. Garlic has different requirements for soil moisture. Garlic requires higher soil moisture during germination stage to promote root germination. Higher soil moisture is required after withdrawal, scale bud and flower bud differentiation.
Garlic contains sulfur organic compounds, polysaccharides, proteins, volatile oils, amino acids, vitamins, saponins, flavonoids and so on.
Second, how to fertilize the garlic field?
1. Base fertilizer should be applied before sowing, and the fertilizer composition should be organic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and so on.
