Tomato is threatened by many germs and pests in the process of growth, and it is easy to suffer from different diseases so that the fruit can not be harvested, so how to treat tomato fruit diseases?

The common diseases of tomato fruit are late blight, gray mold, cotton rot, cotton bollworm and so on. Different disease control methods are not the same, which can be treated by using toppling EC, abamectin EC, Shihuile suspension and other agents.

1. Late blight

The disease showed that the disease was infected at the seedling stage, the disease spot spread from the main stem of the leaf, the tender stem constricted and rotted, the branches and leaves above the diseased part died, and the white mildew layer appeared on the surface of the diseased part when the humidity was high.

Prevention and treatment: at the initial stage of the disease, 72% Shuomaojing wettable powder was used to dilute the spray 8-1000 times, once every 7-10 days, 3-4 times in a row.

2. Grey mold

Disease performance: the main damage to flowers and fruits, leaves and stems can also be damaged. The affected area shows watery or yellowish brown wet rot, and the surface is covered with gray to grayish brown dense mildew layer.

Prevention and treatment methods: at the initial stage of the disease, we should pay close attention to continuous spraying to control the disease, use 1000 times of Huile suspension, and alternate or mixed spraying with other drugs for the prevention and treatment of Botrytis cinerea for 2-3 times, once every 7-10 days.

III. Cotton rot

Disease performance: the fruit infected with raw water immersed in yellow brown or brown spots, resulting in the decay of the whole fruit, but the appearance of the affected fruit is generally not deformed, and sometimes the pericarp is broken. Its diseased fruit generally does not fall off, on the dense growth of a large number of fluffy white mold layer, and different from the cotton blight.

Prevention and control methods: generally do not need separate control, can be combined with the prevention and control of tomato blight and so on.

4. Cotton bollworm

The disease showed that the larvae ate the flowers and fruits of tomato plants and damaged tender stems, leaves and buds. After the bud is damaged, the bracts open and turn yellowish green, and fall off after 2-3 days. The young fruit is often eaten empty, causing rot and falling off, and the fruit loss is caused by fruit drop.

Prevention and control methods: during the peak incubation period of larvae, 30% EC and 1000-1500 times EC can be sprayed after 4 pm in sunny days or cloudy days, and then sprayed again every 5 days.
