In the process of plant growth, it is often threatened by diseases and pests, so how to treat diseases and pests?

Diseases and pests can be solved by physical control, chemical control, biological control and so on.

I. physical prevention and control

There are black light trap, high pressure, sun exposure and other methods.

1. Black light trap

Black light is a kind of special gas discharge lamp, which emits 330-400nm ultraviolet wave. It is a kind of invisible ultraviolet light and has great lethality to agricultural pests.

2. Sunlight exposure

Sunlight has a certain bactericidal power because of its heat, drying and ultraviolet rays, and it also has a certain effect on the removal of diseases and pests.

II. Chemical control

Spray or irrigate with pesticides.

There are many kinds of pesticides, which can be divided into insecticides, acaricides, rodenticide, nematodes, molluscicides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators and so on.

The type and dosage of pesticides can be selected according to the types of crops and diseases and insect pests.

III. Biological control

The use of natural enemies insects, bacteria, viruses "attack with poison" to achieve the purpose of treating diseases and pests.

Organisms used for biological control can be divided into three categories:

① predators: including lacewings, ladybugs, pedestrians, teratophores, amblyseius mites, spiders, frogs, toads, mosquito fish, forktail fish and many insectivorous birds

② parasitic organisms: including parasitic wasps, parasitic flies, etc.

③ pathogenic microorganisms: including Bacillus thuringiensis, Beauveria bassiana and so on.
