Geranium diseases include bacterial leaf spot, iron rust, gray mold, etc., which can be controlled by Bordeaux solution, 40% diazolone wettable powder, 80% Dysen zinc wettable powder, 50% Sukeling wettable powder and so on.

1. Bacterial leaf spot

It is a disease in which there are many water-stained spots on the back of the leaves at the beginning, and then the veins and petioles gradually turn brown. Bordeaux liquid can be sprayed with mild symptoms, usually once every 10-15 days.

In order to prevent bacterial leaf spot disease, it is necessary not to select plants infected with leaf spot disease in daily cutting, let alone its soil. Most of the pathogens inhabit in the soil will cause cutting plant infection.

In addition, we also need to strengthen conservation, breeding in ventilated and transparent places, not too much watering to avoid stagnant water in the soil.

2. Iron rust

It is a kind of disease in which reddish-brown blister spots appear on leaves, petioles and stems, and when the disease is serious, the diseased leaves should be removed in time, even the diseased plants should be removed and burned thoroughly.

In the early stage of the disease, spray 1000 times of 15% verapamil wettable powder, or 4000 times of 40% diazolone wettable powder, or 500 times of 80% Dysen zinc wettable powder, or 2000 times of 30% Teflin wettable powder, or 3000 times of 20% verapamil EC, or 3000 times of 40% diazolidone EC, or 90 000 times of 40% Foxing EC. Spray every 10 to 15 days, 3 times in a row.

3. Grey mold

It is a disease that mainly causes flower blight, leaf spots and cuttings rot. at the initial stage of the disease, 50% Sukeling wettable powder 2000 times, or 50% Prohydantoin wettable powder 1500 times, or 70% methyl topiramate wettable powder 800-1000 times, for foliar spray. Spray once every two weeks for 3 times in a row.
