Adzuki bean is what we call adzuki bean, adzuki bean, five-colored bean, rice bean, rice bean and so on, which are planted all over the world, and the production area of our country is the largest. Adzuki bean has a certain edible and medicinal value, and the planting area has increased in recent years. When do the adzuki beans usually grow? What are the essentials of field management?

When do adzuki beans usually be planted?

Adzuki bean is usually planted in May and June at the turn of spring and summer, which is conducive to adzuki bean seed germination. When planting, the sowing depth of the seeds should be appropriate, usually about 3 to 5 centimeters. In addition, before sowing, you need to apply some manure to the soil, keep the row spacing of adzuki beans at about 50 centimeters, and sow 5 to 6 adzuki beans in each nest.

Second, what are the essentials of adzuki bean field management?

1. Fine land preparation

The depth of autumn turning is 20ml / 25cm. Rake, flatten and ridge in time in spring. On the occasion of the alternation of soil freezing and thawing, spring soil preparation should be carried out as early as possible to prevent soil moisture loss caused by spring drought. Autumn turns the land with ridges in autumn, and suppresses while ridging. The land that kills stubble in autumn and ridges in spring should be ridged and suppressed in time. Combined with spring soil preparation, apply sufficient base fertilizer and increase organic fertilizer (666ml / mu farm manure 1000kg). Where possible, rhizobium fertilizer and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be applied.

2. Ploughing and weeding

When the first pair of compound leaves were unfolded, the first intertillage weeding was carried out, and the second and third intertillage weeding was carried out before flowering and podding.

3. Pest control

The main diseases and insect pests include root rot, bacterial blight, sclerotiorum, underground pests, aphids, red spiders and so on. For seedling diseases such as root rot disease, suitable seed coating agent or chemical dressing can be selected, and suitable chemical can be sprayed or irrigated at the initial stage of the disease. Poison bait can be used to control underground pests such as ground tiger and grub at seedling stage. For coniferous Gramineae weeds, suitable herbicides with high efficiency and low toxicity can be selected. The use of herbicides should be completed under the guidance of agro-technicians.

4. Water and fertilizer management

0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and multicomponent micro-fertilizer aqueous solution can be sprayed twice from branching stage to flowering stage, and urea 2m / mu and potassium sulfate 3kg / mu can be applied in the early stage of flowering. Timely irrigation in case of drought in the flowering period to prevent falling flowers and pods and affect the yield.

5. Timely harvest

When more than 80% of the pods mature, they should be harvested manually while it is wet in the morning. A large area of planting land can be harvested by a combine harvester when 100% of the pods are ripe, or 80% of the pods can be mechanically cut down and dried for 4 days for 6 days, and then mechanically picked up and threshed. After harvest, adzuki beans should be protected from rain, dried and threshed in time, stored in storage when the water content is less than 13%, and pay attention to prevent the damage of bean elephants.
