A friend recently asked how to grow strawberries in order to produce high yields. What should I do if there is no result phenomenon? How to grow strawberries

Strawberry is one of the most popular words in the market, it tastes sweet, has a unique taste of strawberry, and is rich in high nutritional value. Recently, a friend asked how to grow strawberries in order to achieve high yield. What should we do if there is no result?

First, how to grow strawberries in order to achieve high yield?

1. Raising seedlings

Strong seedlings are the key to high yield of strawberries. Cultivating strong and disease-free seedlings is the basis of high yield of strawberries. Good seedlings determine the growth of strawberries in the future. Therefore, when cultivating good strawberry seedlings, we should first rectify and improve the land, and choose a good time for raising seedlings. The land should be turned deep on the eve of overwintering to improve soil properties and reduce the occurrence of diseases and insect pests. Choose to put the farmland that needs to raise seedlings need to be ploughed with sufficient base fertilizer in advance to let it dry, and then prepare the equipment for drainage and irrigation. When selecting seedlings, we should choose varieties with good growth, strong and high yield.

2. Colonization

Strawberry planting in autumn usually takes place in early September, not in early October at most. Strawberries had better be fertilized one day before transplanting, but it should be noted that the roots of the seedlings should be avoided during the transplanting process, and the seedlings should be planted in different sheds according to the size of the seedlings.

3. Buckle the shed

In the users who choose to grow in the greenhouse, when the temperature is relatively cool, it is recommended to buckle the shed to keep warm in the evening. The applicable period is when the temperature is about 8 to 10 outside at night, and when the temperature is below 5 degrees, strawberries are about to enter dormancy, so 6 to 8 degrees at night is the critical temperature for strawberries to keep warm, so it is recommended to buckle strawberries. After entering the strawberry seedling activity in early spring, the plastic film of the strawberry seedling should be removed, and all the old leaves should be removed to the distance of the greenhouse and burned after being air-dried.

4. Temperature and humidity

After buckling the shed, if the temperature in the shed is relatively high during the day, it should be properly ventilated in the shed, and the general temperature should be controlled at 26-30 degrees. The temperature at night should be controlled between 10 and 15 in order to facilitate the growth of strawberries, not as low as 8 degrees.

5. Fertilizer and water management

It takes a long time to grow strawberries in the greenhouse. In order to prevent de-fertilization and premature senility, it is necessary to fully apply the base fertilizer and add chemical fertilizer in the growth process, because the base fertilizer alone can not meet the nutritional needs of strawberries. Foliar fertilizer can be sprayed properly when topdressing is used. Generally, the effect of basic application of rotten fence fertilizer combined with compound fertilizer calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer is better. Spraying should be carried out in the middle and later stage, and foliar fertilizer is generally used to increase fruit growth in the middle and later stage, as well as fruit weight and sugar content of strawberries.

Strawberries should have sufficient water during the growth period, and the soil can be slightly dry during the flowering period, but more water is needed during the peak growth period and the berry expansion period.

6. Timely harvest

The temperature is relatively warm in the greenhouse, and the strawberry fruit is generally fresh. The strawberry can only be picked when the surface of the strawberry grows to 7% ripe, and the temperature is slightly lower in winter and early spring. Then it can be harvested only when the fruit is ripe at 8 to 9 minutes.

Second, what should I do if there is no fruit in planting strawberries?

1. Temperature and light

Temperature and light affect the physiological processes of photosynthesis and respiration of strawberry, related to the production and accumulation of carbon nutrition, and affect the formation of flower buds. Flower bud formation was induced by low temperature and short sunshine.

2. Picking leaves

Picking leaves of strawberry seedlings can induce flowers, and the effect of removing old leaves is more obvious than that of new ones. The analysis shows that there are more flower formation inhibitory substances in old leaves, which can be reduced after removal; removal of old leaves can reduce the consumption of nutrients, increase accumulation, thus promote flower bud differentiation; leaf picking should be moderate in production.

3. Fertilization and watering

The flower bud differentiation of the same variety will be delayed due to excessive nitrogen fertilizer, too much watering and precipitation, strong vegetative growth potential, excessive growth or too many plant leaves and insufficient leaves. In August, try not to irrigate a large amount of water and apply too much nitrogen fertilizer, so as not to make the plants grow greedily and accumulate less nutrients, thus affecting the quality of flower bud differentiation.
