Green mango, also known as crispy mango, with the essence of tropical fruit, is known as the "king of tropical fruit" and is very popular. At the same time, leftover seeds can be planted into small potted plants. How do green mango seeds grow small potted plants?

1. Take the core

We cut off the flesh of the mango with a fruit knife, leaving only the hard core of the mango. Because the freshly cut mango core is slippery, let's put it in the sun for a while, and then proceed to the following steps when it dries a little bit.

2. Peel off the hard core

We use a knife to poke away the hard core of the mango seed, find the small gap next to the core, cut it with a knife, and then we divide the hard core into two pieces and take out the seed. In this step, you should be careful not to hurt your hand or scratch the seeds of mango, otherwise it will affect the survival rate.

3. Soak the seeds

We soak the germ of the taken seed in water, and be careful not to touch the germ when soaking. The good development of the germ is conducive to the germination of the following seeds.

4. Raising seedlings

We choose a flowerpot of the right size, put a softer soil in the flowerpot, and then bury half of the seeds in the soil, which can protect the germ from being bitten by insects and is conducive to seed germination.

5. Divide the basin

When the mango seedlings grow out, we can plant the seedlings in pots. Because mango seedlings will be very tall when they grow up, it is best to plant only one mango in a flowerpot.

6. Post-management skills

If we plant it indoors, we need to water it properly, once a day in summer and once a week or two in winter. And ventilation should be done indoors to avoid diseases and insect pests.
