1. Seed selection

Fruit that can be used as a seed needs to be ripe. 2. Time

Spring, summer and autumn are fine, but the seeds sown in summer and autumn are generally fresh seeds picked in the same year, and the emergence rate is high. Autumn was sown after overwintering the seeds stored in the sand the previous year.

3. Seed treatment

(1) prepare a basin of half-boiled warm water, about 50 degrees, soak the seeds in water without a constant temperature, and let the water cool naturally in the process of soaking. After the water is completely cool, soak for 12 hours.

4. Sowing method

Find a piece of land with loose soil, good drainage and sufficient fertility, dig a ditch about one centimeter deep, control the row spacing at 20 or 30 centimeters, spray water on the soil until it is wet, sow the seeds, and cover the soil. Seedlings can appear one week to ten days after the seeds are planted.

5. Management technology

Observe the growth of the seedlings, when the seedlings grow to three or four centimeters, it is necessary to carry out intermediate seedlings. Pull out the diseased seedlings and weak seedlings with poor growth momentum, and those with uneven spacing can be replenished, so that they can be managed and kept for better plants.
