2. Transplanting

III. Field management

The false acid pulp plant consumes a lot of fertilizer, so attention should be paid to fertilization and compound fertilizer should be applied once after slow seedling and before flowering. At the same time, it is necessary to weed in time, and combine weeding to cultivate the soil in order to prevent lodging. If the whole herbal medicine is used, except for seeds, remove the buds before flowering to avoid nutritional consumption. If the seeds are used medicinally, the late blooming flowers and unblooming buds should be removed to ensure that more mature seeds are obtained. If the seeds are eaten, the flowering period can be prolonged appropriately, but it is difficult for immature seeds to be threshed, and many seeds often stick together to form seed blocks.

IV. Harvesting and storage

In summer, the flowers of false acid pulp bloom continuously from bottom to top, and the flowering period is longer, so we should seize the opportunity and pick them in time every day. Just dry it in the sun after harvest. The seeds are ripe from August to September, and the ripe fruits do not fall to the ground. after all the fruits are ripe, they can be picked centrally, spread out on the cement floor to dry thoroughly, beat and thresh, wind and blow to remove impurities, and then properly dried, bagged and stored in a dry place. The whole plant will be cut off in autumn, dried in the sun, cut obliquely into 1 cm-long segments, and dried and stored.
