1. Seed treatment: seeds need to be treated before sowing in spring. Soak the seeds in warm water (47 ℃) 40-50 days before sowing, cool naturally, soak them for one day and put them in a cool place to control drying, mix them into sterilized fine river sand, the volume ratio of sand seeds is 3:1, the humidity of sand should be pinched into balls by hand, and the sand should be dispersed after loosening. Put the sand into a gauze bag and put it in a refrigerator or low-temperature cellar for cold storage, the temperature should be controlled at 0: 5 ℃, turn it once every 3-5 days, and spray water properly to maintain humidity.
2. Cutting materials: before sprouting in early spring, healthy plants without diseases and insect pests were selected to collect 1-year-old branches with strong growth and full bud eyes. the length was generally 40~60cm, sealed with wax, bundled and stored in cold storage (- 100℃).
3. Cuttings treatment: take cuttings from cold storage before cutting, cut 15cm, cuttings with 3 or 4 lateral buds. The upper cut is about 1.5cm from the sprouting bud at the upper end, and the cut should be even and flat; the lower cut should be cut obliquely and soaked with auxin for cutting.
